"Happiness Checks" 

As a part of every visit to a customer’s home we leave a questionnaire called a Happiness Check.

The Happiness Check asks the customer to rate the friendliness and professionalism of our office staff and field employees. This feedback is used to pinpoint ways we can improve. For example, we expanded our service hours directly in response to requests from customers.

We also call a sample of customers after we visit their home to ensure that we provided excellent service, that their needs were taken care of promptly and efficiently, and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
