We do a lot of interpersonal and customer service training, but Morris-Jenkins’ number one objective is to have the highest skilled technicians in our entire industry.
We require our employees to participate in continual training. To help our field employees to reach their full potential, we established Morris-Jenkins University.
Morris-Jenkins University has a full-time technical trainer on staff and a training curriculum with pay incentives and promotions for each level that is passed. It also has a full training lab where students can run tests and trouble shoot on functioning equipment complete with ductwork.
This continuous training allows us to have the most knowledgeable technicians and installation mechanics in the industry. Our well-trained staff can diagnose your problem quickly and correctly, saving you time and hassles.
To make absolute sure our technicians are the best in the industry, we added our very own official NATE certification training program within Morris-Jenkins University.
NATE (North American Technician Excellence) is the only technician certification organization specifically for the heating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. NATE’s certification tests validate the technicians’ real world working knowledge of HVAC systems.
This certification is not easy to obtain, but at Morris-Jenkins, we think the hard work and preparation is worth it… NATE-certified technicians are a step above those technicians who aren’t certified. We are proud to say we have over 50 NATE-certified technicians.
Simply put, you can trust that our service technicians, installation mechanics and electricians are professionals that know how to do the job right the first time.
