We focus on continual training for our employees. At Morris-Jenkins University there is a training curriculum with pay incentives and promotions for each level that is passed. Field employees receive at least 80+ hours of technical training per year. We have a full training lab where students can run tests and trouble shoot on functioning equipment complete with ductwork. The lab contains an entire duct system so that students are able to study air flow problems. The instructors are able to place bugs or problems at different areas of the system and test the students to see if they can identify the problem correctly. We are also able to test new products in the lab. This allows us to validate manufacturer’s claims about new products, so that we never use a new product on a customer’s system without having tested it in our lab.
