Why choose Morris-Jenkins?  One simple reason. When you call Morris-Jenkins, every employee you encounter will be focused 100% on your satisfaction.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations and to make it convenient for you to do business with us.

All of our Charlotte heating and cooling employees are drug screened, background checked and professionally trained.  We won’t send anyone out to your home that we wouldn’t want in ours.  Out of all the heating and air conditioning technicians and installers that apply at Morris-Jenkins, only about 30% pass the drug test and criminal background check.  And guess what?  That 70% who failed are working for our competition.  We employ only the cream of the crop in the heating and air conditioning industry and when we come to your home you’ll see the difference.

Morris-Jenkins University

Our university has just been awarded the Air Conditioning Contractors of America's most prestigous honor, the Excellence in Training Award.  Previously this award has been given to technical colleges.  We have a full-time technical trainer on staff and a full lab where students can run tests and trouble shoot on real equipment.  We have an entire duct system in the lab so that students can study air flow problems.  Employees are in training at least one and a half hours per week.  As employees pass each level of training they are rewarded with promotions and pay increases.  This training allows our staff to diagnose your problem quickly and correctly, saving you time and hassles.

Morris-Jenkins Employees Give Back To The Community

Morris-Jenkins donates and installs heating and air conditioning systems for two Habitat For Humanity Houses each year. 

The employees of Morris-Jenkins have established a Warm Heat Fund to help families who cannot afford to pay their heating bills in the winter.  Employees have a voluntary amount withdrawn from their paycheck each week throughout the year, and in December we send a check to Crisis Assistance Ministry to help pay heating bills for families in need.
