Then I received this awesome link that I could track my technician on his way and read a little bit about him before he even arrived. He was prompt on his arrival. He was very thorough and informative. He gave me multiple options. I did not feel pressured in any way and completely trusted his expertise. These two employees acted as the voice and face of the company that I see so many billboards and commercials for. I never thought much of those advertisements then, but now I’ll look at those billboards and smile. Thank you for being a shining spot in this dismal situation.”

He explained every step he would be taking in the process of determining the problem and then what would be needed for the remedy. He was very professional and offered extra Covid precautions, knowing we had my elderly parents in the home. After finding the problem, he ensured he had the parts on-hand and spent time showing my husband the issue and discussing our options. We greatly appreciated that he did not push the ‘hard sell, sky is falling’ approach. Instead, he explained both short-term and long-term outcomes for each of 3 options for today’s fix.
